How much does a CCTV or security system cost?

It depends on the property size and how many points need covering — anyone quoting a number before seeing the site is guessing, and that guess usually grows once they arrive. Our site visit is free and the quote is itemised, so you can see exactly what each camera, door and cable run costs and remove anything you don’t need.

Do you cover my area?

We serve the whole Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — from our office in Seri Kembangan. Send your location on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm straight away rather than making you wait for a callback.

How long does installation take?

Most homes and small offices are finished in a day. Larger commercial or industrial sites depend on cabling runs and how many systems are being integrated — you’ll get a timeline in writing with the quote, before you commit to anything.

Can you work with the equipment I already have?

Often, yes. If your existing cameras, gate or access system are still serviceable, we’d rather extend them than sell you a full replacement. We’ll tell you honestly at the survey which parts are worth keeping and which are past saving.

What happens if something breaks after installation?

You call the same company that installed it — not a subcontractor who has moved on. We partner with industry-leading manufacturers and hold over 1,000 items across major distribution centres, so common replacement parts don’t mean waiting weeks for a shipment.

Do you only do homes, or commercial too?

Both, plus industrial and construction projects. Our client list runs from landed homes and condominiums through retail boutiques to factory floors — Shell Malaysia, Scientex Berhad, Nichicon, Lam Soon and Giant Hypermarket among them.

Am I committing to anything by asking for a quote?
